Work solo to achieve the assigned annual sales quota primarily through new customers and new business development:
Responsible for business development of our cloud productivity & workflow solutions for penetration mainly into commercial enterprises & higher education institutions
Strategically identify high-potential new customers and formulate corresponding account penetration & stakeholder relationship development strategies to unearth & close new revenue opportunities
Able to monitor changing needs, variations in customer satisfaction and potential competitive activities to prevent/defend existing customer accounts against churn or revenue attrition while developing new revenue opportunities
Able to monitor and spot new customer needs for new revenue development opportunities with the right solutions
As needed, liaise with various parties, internally and externally to build key customer/stakeholder relationships, understand needs, requirements, monitor competitive activities and facilitate effective negotiations to close orders/deals/tenders
As needed, manage and liaise with various technology partners and material suppliers to optimise solution effectiveness in cost, implementation schedule and risk
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years relevant new business development experience in ICT sector with proven track record in order closing
Preferable with experience in vendor-side telecom infrastructure and enterprise cloud solutions/products
University graduate with reasonable tech knowledge to handle assigned solution portfolio. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines preferred. Up-to-date on latest trending technologies (eg ICT, IOT and advanced AI) an advantage
Strong critical thinker and attentive to quality of work output and details
A self starter who has initiative, is aggressive and is results-oriented. Outgoing and persuasive personality.
Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written), including precise use of language professional engagement and effective use AI powered productivity tools
Existing business network and knowledge with strategic industry sectors, including but not limited to HKSAR higher education sector an advantage
