Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Work solo or with presales colleagues to achieve the assigned annual sales quota through:

  • Closely monitor existing customer accounts to understand their needs for sales development and provide right solutions
  • Existing account servicing and relationship building to defend the Company’s existing installation base from being churned while developing new revenue opportunities through enhancements and product replacements
  • Monitor competitive activities and other significant influencers
  • Liaise with customers to obtain and analysis project requirements for the preparation of sales materials such as solution designs, presentations, demonstrations and price proposals
  • Manage and liaise with various technology partners and suppliers to optimize solution effectiveness in cost, implementation schedule and risk

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience with proven track record in vendor-side telecom infrastructure solutions/products and servicing major telecom operators
  • University graduate with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
  • Strong acquaintance in clients’ business, up-to-date technology, ICT, IOT and advanced technologies (e.g. AI) will be an advantage
  • Strong critical thinker and attentive to quality of work output and details
  • A self starter who has initiative, is aggressive and is results-oriented. Outgoing and persuasive personality. 
  • Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written), including precise use of language professional engagement and effective use AI powered productivity tools
  • Existing business network and knowledge industry sectors available to assist in new business development an advantage
