Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Work solo or with presales colleagues to achieve the assigned annual sales quota through:
- Closely monitor existing customer accounts to understand their needs for sales development and provide right solutions
- Existing account servicing and relationship building to defend the Company’s existing installation base from being churned while developing new revenue opportunities through enhancements and product replacements
- Monitor competitive activities and other significant influencers
- Liaise with customers to obtain and analysis project requirements for the preparation of sales materials such as solution designs, presentations, demonstrations and price proposals
- Manage and liaise with various technology partners and suppliers to optimize solution effectiveness in cost, implementation schedule and risk
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience with proven track record in vendor-side telecom infrastructure solutions/products and servicing major telecom operators
- University graduate with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines with less experience are also welcome
- Strong acquaintance in clients’ business, up-to-date technology, ICT, IOT and advanced technologies (e.g. AI) will be an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken, for effective communication with both local customers and overseas technology partners
- A self-starter who has initiative, is aggressive and is results-oriented.
