Via providing the human oversight necessary for contextual awareness and strategic judgment to the different functional modules included in UC.NOW Job Board platform, you will be the bridge between raw career-development data and actionable AI insights for decision making — cleaning high-velocity data, validating AI-generated outcomes (such as Job Matching scores and Adviser recommendations), structuring dashboard insights (such as skill-gap reports), and generally ensuring that Job Board’s deliverables are accurate, impactful, and compliant with local and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Evolution: Interface with Education and Product Management teams to research stakeholder (career services, teaching faculty, institution administrators, and students) pain points and needs for funneling into the UC.NOW product roadmap
KPI Definition: Monitor macro-market trends to define metrics that address fast-changing skill gaps in the education-to-employment journey
Data Wrangling: Collect and clean high-velocity data from diverse digital sources to ensure high-precision analysis
Reporting & Visualization: Build new interactive reports and enhancements into Job Board’s real-time dashboard
Exploratory Analysis: Use SQL, Python, and modern AI tools to identify employment market trends, student behaviour and other emerging career development KPI
Ethical Compliance: Safeguard data privacy (GDPR/PDPO) and ethical standards to mitigate bias within AI recruitment algorithms
Key Responsibilities:
Education: Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years’ working experience in relevant roles is a definite advantage; fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are welcome
Technical Core:
Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
AI Literacy: Understanding of machine learning (regression, clustering) and an interest in how Generative AI is reshaping recruitment
Visualization: Hands-on experience with Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Metabase, or similar tools
Competencies: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear "stories" for non-technical stakeholders
