Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities for the company’s new enterprise solutions, including but not limited to UC.NOW® Digital Expo, a portfolio of cloud-based virtual/hybrid event software solutions behind numerous university career fairs, internship portals and ICT trade shows since 2021

  • Responsibilities will include :
    • New Account Acquisition from (1) existing business network and (2) cold calling & proactive suspecting
    • Nurturing of Company’s existing accounts as assigned to develop & close new business/revenue
    • Be able to develop & use “How-To-Apply” type sales tools and proposals to demonstrate how the Company’s enterprise solutions can meet potential customers’ needs and requirements
    • Orders & Bid Management, including requirement gathering and clarification, solution design, proposal/tender preparation
    • Market and competitive intelligence gathering
  • Work actively with project team at the post-sales stage to ensure smooth implementation.  Activities include but not limited to:
    • Prepare & conduct project kick-off to ensure communication of relevant details, timelines & payment milestones
    • Interface with customer throughout implementation to clarify specification and discrepancies, where needed

    • Sales lead development, follow-up & nurturing to order closing.  Tasks will include but not limited to gathering/clarifying need & requirements, conducting demonstrations, solution design preparation of proposals & tender documents, price negotiations & order closing
    • Nurture Company’s existing accounts as assigned to develop & close new business/revenue
    • Market and competitive intelligence gathering
    • Work actively with project team at the post-sales stage to ensure smooth implementation.  Activities include but not limited to
      • Prepare & conduct project kick-off to ensure communication of relevant details, timelines & payment milestones
      • Interface with customer throughout implementation to clarify specification and discrepancies, where needed

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years solid experience in either:
    • Sales position with proven target achievement records in Hong Kong for enterprise software and other ICT solutions, or
    • Enterprise IT position responsible for the company’s software system procurement
  • Be able to demonstrate strength in “application” solution selling (Less experienced & fresh graduates will be considered for Account Executive & Executive Trainee position)
  • Out-going, energetic and proactive individual.  Positive personality and good team player
  • Professional in presentation abilities, with solid English and Chinese language skills to write sales proposals, RFT/tender submissions and to conduct customer meetings
  • Fresh graduates interested in developing a career in sales and business development.  We provide comprehensive training.  Prior sales experience via internships & part-time employment preferred.
  • Solid English and Chinese abilities, written & oral presentations.
